Two of the five people arrested in a crackdown on street gangs in Manassas are charged with the raping a 13-year-old girl, police said Tuesday.

City police last week raided four homes and arrested the five suspects – including two teenage boys – charging them with a total of 94 crimes in recent months.

A 17-year-old Woodbridge teen and convicted felon Adam Avery Fink, 22, of Manassas, are both charged with two counts each of rape for a Feb. 6 incident involving a 13-year-old girl in the 9200 block of Prescott Avenue, said Manassas police spokeswoman Adrienne Helms.

She did not elaborate on the crime, citing the ongoing investigation.

Friday’s search warrants were served at homes in the 9900 block of Greenview Lane in Manassas, the 10200 block of Racquet Circle in Manassas and two homes on Meeker Court in Manassas Park.

Fink, of Greenview Lane in Manassas, is charged with rape, carnal knowledge of a minor, use of a firearm in a felony, robbery, attempted robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery, malicious wounding by mob, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, gang participation, burglary, attempted burglary, grand larceny of a firearm, grand larceny and destruction of property.

Michael Marshall, 19, of Racquet Circle in Manassas, is charged with robbery, attempted robbery, malicious wounding by mob, conspiracy to use a firearm in a felony, gang participation, burglary, attempted burglary, grand larceny of a firearm, grand larceny and destruction of property.

The 17-year-old Woodbridge boy is charged with rape, carnal knowledge of a minor, communicating threats of bodily injury, conspiracy to commit a felony, robbery, attempted robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery, malicious wounding by mob, conspiracy to use a firearm in a felony, gang participation, burglary, attempted burglary, grand larceny of a firearm, grand larceny and destruction of property.

A 15-year-old Manassas boy was charged with robbery, attempted robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery, malicious wounding by mob, conspiracy to use a firearm in a felony, gang participation, burglary, attempted burglary, grand larceny of a firearm, grand larceny and destruction of property.

Jose Orellana Escobar, 27, of Meeker Court in Manassas Park is charged with grand larceny of a firearm, grand larceny and destruction of property.

All five were held without bond at the Prince William-Manassas regional jail.

The average American criminal is black or Hispanic.

These comments are humorous. I knew Fink back in high-school, don't know how he managed to get himself into so much trouble. I recall him being a friendly, outgoing type of guy.

As for the bloods. They are not a conventional gang, and have no formalized hierarchy. A lot of the self-reputing Bloods are just cliques, isolated from one another, engaging in criminal mischief. No nation-wide syndication of the former bygone gang exist anymore.

For the 12th wealthiest county in the United States in 2012, it's funny how Manassas is just a giant strip-mall of retail stores with homeless people sleeping behind them. 450,000 people crowed into one county for the sole purpose of commuting to the surrounding metropolitan areas. Families leaving their kids to Title 1 public schools wear they can graduate reading at 6th grade level. Prince William's leading employer is it's education system, matter of fact. Without any form of assistance, how must a nigh-illiterate, young adult cope in a county where all entry-level positions are part time, minimum wage? Prince William is a county designed for servicing adults that are at a later chapter in their life. All of this is a contributing factor to depression in young adults. It explains too, why we have gang-like activity in densely populated places.

Ok deputy....why would I need to babysit your kids? You are just in denial over he horrible of a person you are!! Blaming other people for your children for your terrific parenting skills. Maybe you should have taken parenting classes and your children wouldn't have 94 charges!! Admit it you fouled up. @Dieinafire you hit the nail on the head. Both of the parents leave these kids to wonder the streets and do as they please!!

I know these kids. They go around bragging they are bloods so deputy6656 you are lying or naive. Are any of your kids going to collage? Do any of them have jobs? Graduating from HS special program is nothing to brag about.

Why don't you talk about buying your 11 year old son packs of cigarettes. ( he's been smoking since he was 8!) You are a great mom as you are providing for your son's habit I guess. He told me this himself so don't deny it. Hopefully child services investigates your parenting skills and takes these kids away.

I just looked on wikipedia, where it said the bloods aren't exclusively African-American. Also, East Coast bloods tend to be more aligned with a group that started at Rikers Island, though they adopted the symbols of the LA gang (again, according to wikipedia - who knows how accurate that is).

But hopefully we all remember they are innocent until proven guilty. No matter how much investigation was done for how long, that's still true.

I know the mother. She is a horrible mother to all of her children. All her son's have either been tossed out of school and sent to alternative schooling in MCPS. Her husband is a former Fairfax County Sheriffs Deputy and you would think he could put a little fear in these kids. If it has been broken then it can't be ever fix. You should be a proud mom you have ruined their lives.

Yeah but the 'key' word here is 'Bloods' street gang. The likelihood that these two white guys and this Hispanic guy are a part of this gang and their serious criminal activity is.... um.... highly unlikely- thus the speculation. It would be like an African-American or Hispanic being charged with multiple crimes affiliated with the aryan brotherhood! Just doesn't quite add up here : / Doesn't mean it's impossible, but it's just not likely for this type of gang to send these three hooligans doing their dirty work.

I have to admit some of these comments are examples of what plague our society today. A criminal doesn't have a color - a criminal doesn't have a specific height nor weight and definitely not a specific 'Look'. The moral is protect your family and love ones because this world is cruel. The Craig's list killer was extremely smart guy and could easily, and did, blend in with the america's elite. We have political figures that are filled with nothing but hate and lies so don't give me that "He looks innocent" crap. Lesson his to protect yourselves people.

I have to admit, my first thought based on each of their facial expressions and just overall appearance- they do not look like gang-related felons (of course, looks CAN be deceiving).... so, my guess is they were 'involved' one way or another (being involved could simply mean you were just at the wrong place at the wrong time, or had knowledge of a crime) and the police are using them to go against the REAL culprits for a stronger case. Having three people testify in a case is probably the goal here- they do this stuff exactly like this all the time to build a case against the one(s) responsible. It's highly likely we'll be hearing about a plea bargain and charges dropped here soon.

If these boys are the wrong ones then they need to open their mouth, and tell it ,we dont need people like that walking the streets, put them where they cant hurt anyone but their selves.

Some of this doesn't add up. first these Caucasian boys are in the Bloods? isn't that the offshoot of the black panthers that still runs around talking about Kill Whitey? that's the only confusing thing to me, sure Aryan brotherhood, maybe the crips, but these are bloods? I don't think so. If they have any affiliation with them then they are the bottom feeders, never trusted with any information that could save them from doing time. good job PWC you picked up a gangs couriers. I'll bet the gangs hiring new ones today...

to tahope0910. Look at all of the charges. These are multiple charges over more than a 3 month investigation. Are you saying they were observed for three months and the police fabricated all of the charges? Another article says that Fink is a prior felon as well as Escobar.

Another real crime is Manassas Park covering up most of the crime. It was rated one of the safest and best places to live in VA recently. What a f'ing joke. This is the real Manassas Park - be warned. A great place to live if you like your car being broken into on a weekly basis and not being able to leave anything outside.

Right-wise... no need for name calling, grow up. And no one knew they were getting arrested. The cops said their informent gave them the info, but don't worry, the attorneys have the things they need to prove the boys didn't do it.

Wishing the detectives would look in the right direction, because the ones they have are not it. The boys you have in custody would tell you the truth no matter what! They will not hide, but this, this is not them! Maichael, Fink, Esco and the 15 year old are innocent and I will do what I have to, to make the courts see that! There is a lot in this case that doesn't add up... and it will be know once those boys are walking free men!!!
