Scott E. Pedowitz has been engaged in the Arlington community for more than a decade, including serving in leadership roles with several different organizations. Scott is the Government Affairs Manager at the Arlington Chamber of Commerce, working to strengthen businesses and the economic environment for those who work, live, and do business in Arlington. Scott serves as president of the Clarendon Alliance, promoting vitality in Clarendon and surrounding neighborhoods, and as president of the Clarendon Courthouse Civic Association, helping to build a more cohesive community in the heart of Arlington’s urban core. He is also a member of the Arlington County Economic Development Commission and of the Arlington Committee of 100’s board of directors, having previously served two terms as its chairperson. An avid baseball fan, Scott maintains his childhood love for the New York Mets, but that doesn’t keep him from leading the cheers for the Nats with his friends in Section 313.
