The Arlington County Democratic Committee will host a happy-hour gathering featuring gubernatorial nominee Ralph Northam on Wednesday, Aug. 23 at 7:15 p.m. at Pamplona restaurant, 3100 Clarendon Blvd.
Candidates for local offices also will be on hand.
