Eagle Scouts from Troop 167

Five members of Troop 167 from Arlington rose to Eagle Scout during a Court of Honor held at Mount Olivet United Methodist Church earlier in the year.

Five Boy Scouts from Troop 167, sponsored by Mount Olivet United Methodist Church, advanced to Eagle Scout during a Court of Honor ceremony held in the spring.

Among those rising to the highest level in Scouting were Washington-Lee High School students Sean Gilley, Charlie Phillips, Tommy Muir and Gus Thomas and Wakefield High School student Malcolm Maloney.

Maloney is now attending the University of Virginia, while Thomas is attending Virginia Commonwealth University.
