A Hilton Garden Inn Woodbridge employee has received the highest recognition within the company, the CEO Light & Warmth Award. Meghan Macaulay was one of 13 employees selected from Hilton’s global workforce.
Macaulay was nominated for her ability to stay focused during the most trying of moments and for her dedication to hospitality. She also was recognized for motivating and training the next generation of hospitality professionals.
“Meghan consistently creates heartfelt experiences for our guests, regardless of the atmosphere or the situation at hand” said Tim Sudberry, general manager. “She creates meaningful opportunities for team members to learn how to elevate the act of hospitality to a new level, teaching them to recognize where hospitality becomes genuine, heartfelt service.”
