A school division employee is accused of taking pictures up the skirts of female students, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office.
Samuel Hermens, 30, of West Virginia faces three charges of unlawful filming of students at Woodgrove High School. He was arrested Friday, Oct. 26, LCSO spokesperson Kraig Troxell said.
A school employee notified a resource officer that Hermens was observed possibly photographing up the skirts of female students with his cell phone, Troxell said. The incident occured in the school hallway Friday morning.
Hermens is an itinerant Specialized Instructional Facilitator for Reading in Loudoun County Public Schools, Troxell said.
Hermens is being held at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center without bond.
