A Loudoun County Public School teacher is accused of having an inappropriate relationship with a juvenile student at Park View High School, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.

Kimberly L. Winters, 32, of Sterling, was charged Friday with indecent liberties by a custodian, LCSO spokesperson Kraig Troxell said.

The charge stems from an alleged sexual relationship between Winters and the juvenile victim that occurred between September and November 2017.

Winters is being held at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center on a secure bond.

Anyone with any information regarding the case is asked to contact Detective P. Roque at 703-777-1021.

Winters is a English teacher and has worked in Loudoun County since 2010, according to the Park View High School website

The picture is an Ashburn teacher charged with an inappropriate relationship last year. It went with the headline under the photo.

Teacher in Sterling not Ashburn. This site usually doesn't post Loudoun County news, why now?

Two different cases. This story is about a new case in Sterling. The photo that "Rebel" was referring to linked to an Ashburn case that we covered last year. More than a dozen posts in the past week on InsideNoVa were either about or referenced Loudoun County.
