McLean woman competes on 'Jeopardy!' Wednesday

A McLean woman will be a contestant on “Jeopardy!” Wednesday night.

Liz Howard, an assistant analyst is the latest Northern Virginia contestant on the popular quiz show.

Howard is one of three women on the show Wednesday, including 2-day winner Suzanne Koppelman of New York City, and Kate Brandt of Carmel, Indiana.

“Jeopardy!” airs at 7:30 p.m. weeknights on WJLA-TV. Check with your cable provider for the channel.

The show is seen by 23 million viewers each week and holds the Guinness World Record for Emmy Awards won by a TV game show, according to a news release.
