A presentation honoring two longtime residents took place at Ingleside Retirement Community’s Westminster at Lake Ridge last week.

There, residents Glea and Larry Kreider were recognized for giving back to employees through the Kreider Professional Development Endowment Fund.

Also at the ceremony, donations from the fund were presented to three Westminster at Lake Ridge employees. The funds assist WLR employees with continuing their education and cover expenses toward U.S. citizenship.

More than 30 scholarships, totaling $26,650, have been awarded to date.
